Returns & Refund Policy

At Roaming Raven, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bath and body products
• Used soaps
• Opened teas or herbal products
• Personalised items

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

Refunds are normally issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
